What do you want to make?
Experience
For more than two decades, we have been commissioned to photograph executives, founders, and professionals across Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, Da Nang, Seoul, Shanghai, Singapore, Cambodia, and Laos. Our work spans corporations and international publications, often within fast-moving, high-pressure environments where time is limited and expectations are high.
We understand how to navigate leadership schedules, corporate protocols, and communication teams without friction. We move efficiently, work discreetly, and know how to quickly build trust in the room. That confidence translates directly into portraits that feel credible, composed, and relevant to how leaders operate today.
What we do
We create portraits that reveal presence, character, and intention, whether in a controlled studio setting or inside a live working environment. Each image is carefully shaped through light, composition, and subtle direction to reflect how the individual actually carries themselves.
Our work moves between editorial and corporate contexts, photographing CEOs, founders, entrepreneurs, and public figures who need more than a standard headshot. We study how a person communicates and how they want to be perceived, then build the visual around that understanding. The result is portraiture that feels composed but not staged, confident but not forced. Images people are proud to use because they feel like themselves at their best.

Photography Services
We offer a comprehensive range of portrait photography services carefully tailored to meet each client’s unique needs and their project budgets.
01
In-studio
Studio portraits are not about standing in front of a backdrop and hoping for the best. We build the environment from scratch. Lighting, shadow, space, and posture are shaped intentionally to create presence and authority.
Whether photographing a founder, executive, or public figure, the goal is clarity and control. The studio allows us to strip away distraction and focus on expression, stance, and subtle nuance. The result is refined, powerful imagery that feels deliberate, not formulaic.
02
Environmental
Environmental portraits are about context. Where someone works says as much as what they do.
We photograph leaders and professionals inside their real environments, reading the space before we shoot. We use architecture, depth, and natural light to frame them in a way that feels authentic but elevated. Nothing is random. Nothing is staged in a way that feels artificial.
The final image communicates personality, leadership, and environment in one frame.
03
On-site studio
We build controlled lighting setups inside offices, boardrooms, factories, or project sites without interrupting operations. This approach gives you studio level polish while keeping subjects in familiar surroundings.
It is efficient, discreet, and ideal for leadership teams with tight schedules who still expect high level results.
04
Corporate
Corporate portraits shape how leadership is perceived. In business, perception builds trust.
We photograph executives, founders, and board members with clear direction and strong visual intent, creating images that feel authoritative, composed, and natural rather than staged. Light, setting, and posture are carefully considered to reinforce credibility and presence.
The result is refined imagery built for investor materials, annual reports, media features, and long term brand use.

Portrait Photography FAQ
What types of portrait photography does EM Productions provide?
We provide in-studio portraits, environmental portraits shot on location at your office or facility, on-site studio setups where we bring professional lighting and backdrops to your workplace, and corporate team photography. Our portrait work covers executive headshots, leadership team profiles, founder portraits, editorial portraits for publications, and employee photography for internal communications and employer branding. We have produced portrait photography for clients including Google, Meta, ABB, Yara, and Prudential, and for publications including Forbes.
Where does EM Productions shoot portrait photography?
Our team operates across Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, Da Nang, Singapore, Seoul, Shanghai, Tokyo, and Cambodia. For clients like ABB, Google, and Prudential with leadership teams or employees spread across multiple offices, we coordinate multi-city portrait sessions to deliver a consistent look and feel regardless of location. We have produced executive and management portraits across all of these cities for global clients.
Can you set up a portrait studio at our office?
Yes. On-site studio is one of our most requested services. We bring professional lighting, backdrops, and equipment to your office or facility and set up a temporary portrait studio. This is the most efficient option when you need portraits of multiple executives or employees in a single day because nobody has to leave the building. We handle the full setup and breakdown so there is minimal disruption to your workday. All we need is a room with enough space for the lighting and backdrop.
What is the difference between studio, environmental, and corporate portraits?
Studio portraits are shot against a controlled background with professional lighting. They deliver clean, consistent images ideal for websites, annual reports, and LinkedIn profiles. Environmental portraits photograph the subject in their actual workspace or a relevant setting, giving context and personality to the image. Corporate portraits are typically a blend of both, shot at the office with a focus on professional presentation. The right approach depends on how the images will be used and the visual tone your brand requires.
How many portraits can you shoot in one day?
For on-site studio or office portrait sessions, we typically photograph 15 to 25 individuals per day depending on the complexity of the setup and the number of looks required per person. A simple headshot session with one background and one lighting setup moves faster. A session requiring multiple setups, outfit changes, or both studio and environmental shots per person takes more time. We plan the schedule in advance so each person knows their time slot and the day runs efficiently.
How is portrait photography priced?
Pricing depends on the number of individuals to be photographed, the type of portrait session (studio, environmental, or on-site), the number of final retouched images delivered per person, travel requirements, and the rights and usage terms. A session delivering two retouched headshots per person for your website is a different scope than one delivering ten images per executive with global advertising and publication rights. Every project is different, so we provide a detailed quote after understanding your specific needs. Contact us at info@em-production.com or call +84 776419346.
