Cabinetry and Joinery Factory Brand Film in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
Services Provided
HCI hired us to make a factory video their sales team could send to international buyers and for trade shows and their website. Most factory videos in Vietnam either look like a home tour or feel like a recruitment brochure. HCI wanted neither. They wanted something that showed craft and made them stand out.

Description
Highland Cabinetry builds all-wood RTA kitchens and baths out of Phoenix and ships them to dealers and contractors across the US. Their whole pitch is built on how the cabinets are made, dovetail drawers, solid wood boxes, L-bracket reinforcement for stone tops, soft-close everywhere. The catch is that none of that comes through on a website full of finished-kitchen photos. A dealer comparing suppliers can’t see what’s holding a drawer together, and a contractor reordering on autopilot has no reason to look closer.
They came to us to fix that. The brief was to show how the cabinets are actually built, on camera, in a way that lets the quality speak for itself. The joinery, the warehouse, the people on the floor handling every box that goes out the door.
We weren’t making a product video. We were making proof. Something a dealer can watch once and stop confusing Highland with the cheap import on the quote next to it.
That’s where a lot of our manufacturing clients end up. The film isn’t really the deliverable. The buyer who already gets it before the first call is made.
