Cherry, Buhler’s APAC head of communications, reached out about a new flour mill in Bangkok that needed a testimonial video. Communications between the customer and Buhler were sparse, so we took ownership of the project, did our own research, and traveled to Bangkok to build the story ourselves. Cherry’s team provided input when needed, but we handled the rest.
We filmed the Buhler engineers alongside the Thai Flour Mill team during installation, and all interviews were conducted in Thai so the film would feel authentic to the regional markets where Buhler would use it.

Description
Thai Flour Mill Industry has been producing wheat flour, corn flour, and corn grits in Bangkok since 1980, supplying food and bakery industries across Thailand. Their new Buhler mill grinds over 300 tonnes per day of soft and semi hard wheat, with an automated plant and a service contract to keep it optimized. Assistant Managing Director Srichaiyongpanich Sareeporn wanted a facility that could supply a complete range of flour varieties with consistent quality control.
Customers considering a major equipment investment want to know what the process feels like: whether the vendor listens and whether the disruption is manageable. We captured the problem solving between both teams and the customer’s genuine reaction on camera. That is the kind of Bangkok factory video that gives prospective buyers confidence.
In Asia, business relationships carry more weight than in western markets. Filming entirely in Thai gave Buhler a Bangkok testimonial video that connects with regional buyers in a way a dubbed version would not.
