Testimonial Video in Hanoi for IBM

Techcombank is one of the largest commercial banks in Vietnam, with over 300 branches and more than 5 million customers. The bank was the first company in Vietnam to deploy IBM’s LinuxONE system, consolidating their banking infrastructure onto a single platform and cutting total cost of ownership by around 44 percent. CTO Chester Gorski led the initiative because the bank needed technology that could scale with a fast growing customer base in one of Southeast Asia’s most competitive markets.

The challenge for this Hanoi video production was making enterprise banking technology feel like a real story instead of a product demo. We focused the interviews on the people behind the decisions, what they were trying to solve, and what changed once the technology was running. Shooting inside active banking facilities with strict security protocols added complexity, but it gave the film a credibility that a studio setup never could.

IBM used this testimonial video to showcase their fintech solutions to other emerging markets, and it generated real interest from new prospects. The fact that this was our third IBM project in Vietnam says something about why global brands keep coming back.
