Gebo Cermex’s head of communications in France contacted us about a testimonial video showing how their packaging technology performs inside Heineken’s breweries across Vietnam. Heineken is the largest beer producer in the country, holding the rights to most local beer brands as well as their own, with breweries throughout Vietnam running Gebo Cermex solutions. The brief was to let Heineken tell the story of what that partnership has actually delivered.
We produced a Ho Chi Minh City factory video that focused on the operational results: higher efficiency, lower costs, and less product loss. The production covered working brewery floors where the packaging lines run at full speed, which made for strong footage and an honest look at the technology in action.

Gebo Cermex is part of the Sidel Group, with over 37,000 machines installed across more than 190 countries. Heineken Vietnam chose them to double their can line capacity without shutting down brewery operations. Supply Chain Director Paul Bleijs credited the Gebo Cermex line design team with solving the layout challenges that come with installing new equipment in a running facility. The lines also use less energy and water, which contributed to Heineken Vietnam being recognized as the most sustainable manufacturer in the country by the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
What made this project valuable for Gebo Cermex was the proof of work. Heineken is not a small client making polite statements about a vendor. They are the dominant beer producer in Vietnam, and their people spoke on camera about real results: better productivity, lower total cost of ownership, and operational gains they could measure. That kind of customer testimony carries weight that a product brochure never will.
Gebo Cermex took the film to multiple trade shows and translated it into Mandarin for the Chinese market, where it helped generate new business. A single testimonial video, shot in one country, opening doors in another.
