Timelines depend on the scope and complexity of your project, but here is a general sense of how our process works.

Pre-production typically takes two to four weeks. This is where we develop the creative concept, write the script or treatment, scout locations, cast talent, and plan every detail of the shoot. For simpler projects like corporate interviews or facility walkthroughs, pre-production can be faster.

Production (the actual shoot days) ranges from one day for a straightforward corporate video to five or more days for multi-location or multi-city projects across Vietnam.

Post-production takes two to four weeks and covers editing, color grading, sound design, motion graphics, and revisions. Projects with animation, AI production, or multiple deliverables may take longer.

From first conversation to final delivery, most projects take six to ten weeks. If you have a hard deadline for a launch, trade show, or campaign, tell us up front and we will build the timeline around it.
